  I can't recommend Jordan Dental enough, specifically Matthew Sedgwick. I've had severe mental health problems and been terrified of the dentist, alongside suffering with panic attacks, anxiety, and agoraphobia. From the moment we walked in to book the initial appointment, I was made to feel at ease by the receptionists. A gorgeous lady called Alison booked my appointment and sensed my anxiety, she kindly showed me around to ease my discomfort, which really helped. Upon my first consultation, Matthew was amazing. I explained about my anxiety and he was so helpful and reassuring. The second appointment was a root canal, which sadly failed because my teeth are a mess due to never having been (bar 1 check up at a different dentist which was horrendous). Matthew and his team did everything they could, but unfortunately it had to be a tooth extraction. I went back the next day and Matt and his team tried for a good hour to get it out, whilst being sensitive to my needs and struggles. Unfortunately the extraction also failed, but not because of the lack of competence from the team - simply because my teeth are wrecked. They did everything in their power, reassured me throughout and were so patient with me when I got upset and panicky. Considering before my first appointment I was absolutely terrified, and despite my stressful experience (not the dentists fault), I'm looking forward to my standard fillings and check ups because this dentist practise cares. They recognise the behaviour of anxious patients, knowing that after my bad experience my instinct is not to go back, but Matt was insistent we'll build positive experiences. If you're an anxious patient, had bad experiences before, or just don't like the dentist, go here. To Matt specifically, because he and his team will make your dentist experience amazing. I genuinely can't thank them enough, it's people like these that make the medical profession proud! Absolutely exceptional, thank you.

  Brilliant dentists, my guy jai was actually understanding and very friendly and helpful, they gave me good advice and made me feel at ease throughout it all
